To oversee and support the delivery of the Cultural Framework a board has been developed bringing together strategic cultural partners from across the city.

University of Central Lancashire (UCLan)
Marketing Lancashire
Lancashire Encounter
Creative Lancashire
The Harris Museum and Art Gallery
Cultural Governors - 3 independent practicing artists - Phil Kaila and x2 vacancies.
